National Testing Agency

The National Testing Agency (NTA) is an autonomous organization established by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, in November 2017. It is responsible for conducting various national-level entrance exams for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate courses in India.

Some of the major entrance exams conducted by the NTA include:

Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main: It is a national-level engineering entrance exam conducted for admission to undergraduate engineering courses in India.

National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET): It is a national-level medical entrance exam conducted for admission to undergraduate medical and dental courses in India.

Common Management Admission Test (CMAT): It is a national-level management entrance exam conducted for admission to MBA courses in India.

Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT): It is a national-level pharmacy entrance exam conducted for admission to postgraduate pharmacy courses in India.

National Council for Hotel Management Joint Entrance Examination (NCHM JEE): It is a national-level hotel management entrance exam conducted for admission to undergraduate hotel management courses in India.

The NTA is responsible for conducting these exams in a fair, transparent, and efficient manner. It ensures that the exams are conducted in a secure environment and the results are announced in a timely manner. The NTA also provides various support services to candidates, such as mock tests, question paper with answer keys, and online counseling.
